DUBAI, UAE, November 02, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ — TheSoulOf.AI is developing technology intended to identify fraudulent impersonation accounts across social media, trace associated devices, and deliver warnings that inform those responsible of impending shutdown protocols with the potential to fully disable their device(s). If verified fraud continues after warnings, device disabling will occur through major partnerships.

Inspired by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense of the UAE, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, the initiative grew from Kali’s own initial experience on LinkedIn where she had been approached by a fraudster. Having been a public figure and influencer herself for over a decade, she went to His Highness on Instagram to connect authentically, her work being compelling, she gained his attention, and learned over time how His Highness’ former heartbreak was being used to exploit others is now his true ongoing heartbreak. This ongoing issue affecting them both continuously increased a commitment to protect victims on both sides targeted by scammers exploiting his name and identity.
The financial harm is substantial. Consumers reported losing $3.5 billion to impersonation scams in 2025, according to the United States Federal Trade Commission. Separately, reported losses from scams originating on social media reached $2.1 billion—approximately eight times the amount reported in 2020. Behind those figures are damaged reputations, broken trust, and victims whose losses extend beyond money, in a world where some seek to build bridges of trust between those most fortunate and those most in need.
“Reporting an impersonation account should lead to an effective response,” Kali said. “And in our research, it never does. Our goal is to identify these accounts efficiently, send warnings directly to those responsible, and use our major alignments to disable fraudulent accounts and users’ devices.”
Kali reports that underlying technology is part of the discoveries made amid attacks from G42, Meta, Microsoft, Open AI and various world militaries and their associated agencies using Kali’s BioQuantum technology. This technology developed and tested during and since those attacks. The scope and results of that testing have not been publicly released and will not be disclosed at this time. Technical protocols are also not being disclosed.
