NORTHERN EAST BAY, CA, March 01, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ — On Saturday, April 23, The Junior League of Oakland-East Bay(JLOEB) invites families to Touch a Truck at Balestrieri Family Farm, Briones, CA. Touch a Truck is a hands-on family event that provides the opportunity for kids to explore vehicles of all types, including public service, emergency, utility, construction, landscaping, transportation, delivery, and just plain cool or unique trucks — all in one place! There will also be live music, wine tasting, food trucks, feed the farm animals, crafts and a raffle of exclusive goodies.

JLOEB will donate proceeds from the event to groups that improve the lives of kids and families in our community. Despite the pandemic, last year JLOEB provided $3,000 grant awards to each of the following organizations:

Youth Alive!
One Day at a Time—Youth Empowerment
East Bay Children’s Law Office
Building Futures for Women and Children
