Daniel H. Park, Shareholder. Previously a Principal at BFV, Park joined BFV as an Associate in 2016. Daniel assists companies in all aspects of business disputes, working with employers on matters from competition-related issues involving employee restrictive covenants and trade secret theft to discrimination claims and matters involving contracts. He is a graduate of Boston University School of Law and received his B.A. from Boston College. He is a member of The Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association and The Korean American Bar Association of Georgia.

Katherine M. Silverman, Shareholder. Prior to becoming a Shareholder, Silverman, who joined BFV in 2018, served as a Principal and an Associate at BFV. She focuses her practice on business litigation, real estate litigation and noncompete/trade secrets. Katherine assists clients in a variety of business disputes involving commercial real estate transactions, real estate investment/development, lending relationships, intellectual property and trade secrets. Katherine is a graduate of Emory University School of Law and received a B.S. in Journalism from Northwestern University. She is an active member of the Atlanta Bar Association’s Litigation and Real Estate sections and serves on Atlanta Legal Aid’s Service Council.

Jeremy L. Kahn, Principal. Kahn joined BFV in 2021 as Counsel. He focuses his practice on business litigation, insurance recovery, noncompete/trade secrets, real estate litigation and banking litigation. Jeremy advises clients in a variety of business disputes, including contractual matters and business torts, insurance recovery, fraud, deceptive trade practices, partnership and shareholder matters, banking and consumer finance cases, real estate, and trade secret and noncompete litigation. He is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law and received his B.A. from University of Michigan.

Ruari J. O’Sullivan, Principal. O’Sullivan joined BFV as an Associate in 2016. O’Sullivan’s areas of practice include commercial real estate, general corporate, representation of entrepreneurial, start-up and family-owned businesses and mergers & acquisitions. He works closely with buyers, sellers, lenders, investors, developers, landlords and tenants in commercial real estate transactions. He also counsels business clients in a wide range of corporate transactions, from business formation to mergers & acquisitions and sales. O’Sullivan is a graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law and received his B.A. from the University of Georgia Honors Program.
